What we collect

When you book a Discovery call. The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what is going on in your business. You provide this directly. We use it to schedule the call, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare for the conversation.

When you email us. Whatever you choose to write, along with your email address.

When you visit the site. Our analytics tool records pages viewed, approximate location based on IP address, referring site, browser, and device type. This is aggregate traffic information, not an attempt to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

Who else is involved

GoHighLevel runs the booking calendar and stores the information you enter when scheduling. It also sends your appointment confirmations and reminders. Their systems are based in the United States.

Google Analytics measures site traffic. Google receives standard web analytics data, including your IP address.

SiteGround hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Marketing

Booking a call or emailing us does not sign you up for anything automatically. You will receive confirmations and reminders for the call you scheduled, and replies to anything you send us. We may also follow up about working together, and from time to time we may send occasional Vantage10 updates. Every one of those includes an unsubscribe link, and you can tell us to stop at any point, including on the call itself.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics, and the booking tool may set its own cookies when it loads. These record how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, and approximate location based on IP address. They are not used to identify you personally, and Vantage10 does not use them for advertising or retargeting.

If you would rather not be counted, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Neither affects your ability to use the site or book a call.

How long we keep it

Booking and inquiry records for people who do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted.

Client records: kept for the life of the relationship and for at least seven years after the last engagement, for tax, contract, and professional reasons. Clients often return, so we do not delete this on a timer.

Analytics data: as long as the analytics tool retains it, currently 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you.

Email hello@vantage10.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no cost, and asking does not affect how we work with you.

We handle these requests the same way for everyone, wherever you live. Some states and countries give people specific rights over their data; rather than tracking which ones apply to you, we would rather just honor the request.

Security

We use reputable vendors, limit access to what we collect, and do not keep information we do not need. No website or service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
